It's been raining constantly for over a week now.

In fact, this is how it's been for pretty much the majority of Australia's east coast. There's actually been reports of severe flooding nearby where I live. I've seen videos of it posted online. It's pretty crazy. It's gotten bad enough that even entire houses are being washed away in some places, and roads are becoming the equivalent of rivers at this point.

And apparently, from I've gathered, the rains here are record-breaking, because the last time it rained this much in New South Wales was around 100 years ago. Now that's really something if you ask me.

Even now as I type this, I can hear the rain outside my house. It's currently night time, but it's already been raining all day. Like I said, it's been like this for a week now. I'd expect this kind of weather in places like Seattle, Washington. I would know, because I lived there for for over a decade before I moved here. But this... this is surprising, even by the standards of Australia weather.

Weather reports speculate that this downpour may continue for maybe another week or so. Don't get me wrong, I personally like rain, but this is really getting annoying. Like, come on, God. At least little sunshine would be great, you know.

Anyway, that's about all I can really say. There's really not much else to it, other than, yeah... it's raining. A lot.
