Hope you all are holding up OK.

Recently got that Nintendo Switch with Animal Crossing New Horizons much thanks to :iconzakrhyno: for that. With my seasonal depression and not much a drive to get up and do stuff all season long and sleep most of the day(s) away, this helps at least force me to get up eventually and do things while playing AC. Fuck cold seasons.

Besides moods not being as energetic, been OK otherwise. I can see the writing on the wall and know me trying the early retirement route isn't going to work to survive and pay all the taxes and such for the home. And after a recent chat with :iconzakrhyno: on job opportunities and clarifying the terms for the position I am going to give it my best to go for a position at his office in the government. It would get me a routine I need, income I want, and actually use my first degree I worked hard for and got fucked out of ever using for 19 years now. Benefits alone are worth fighting tooth and nail for it. So that will be my focus and priority for this month is to sharpen the resume and cross my fingers to make the cut for that position. If not, try for something similar when the opportunity arises.

Sorry to of slowed down on posting older art. Moods is some to blame, but I will try to keep at it. I got a large supply of old art to post, so that's not the issue haha.

On the movies and TV shows department I haven't hunted for much in a while, but I DID get 1000+ shorts of Looney Tunes I'm slowly importing to the server. From 1929 to 1980s I'm guessing? That's a H U G E part of my and others childhoods there and animation history in general. Got I think all of the charlie brown specials, need to verify all the Garfield ones, the classics that are up in air on getting bought out by apple or other dorks (the stop-motion Rudolph special, frosty one, etc)…. If got suggestions let me know on what to hunt down and snag if its available!

I wouldn't be lying that I also miss voice chatting with folks in general. Since local meets have not been happening away from my best friends fire pit meets, getting starved for social attention in some ways. I do got the first 3 jackbox games, if that's a thing folks like to do and we can get 4 or more total to jam on that to pass the time.

but that's all I can think of to type for now. Figured time to say SOMETHING vs nothing. Sorry it isn't the most positive or cheery. I hate the cold seasons, period. Dad may have had the right idea to ditch VA and move to FL.
