As some of you may know, I’ve been having a bit of bad luck with some flooding in my basement and it’s been wreaking havoc on my schedule so I wanted to give you all a little update on what’s going on with that. Basically, my landlord has been sending people into our place to check out the basement, backyard irrigation, and the roof too. It’s been a really slow process figuring out where the leaks are, how to fix it, and letting them decide on what parts of the water damages they actually want to fix. It's been decided that they are only going to patch parts of the wall, replace parts of the carpet padding, and the chemical treat the carpet. So now it’s just a matter of getting the people in here to actually do the repairs! Here’s to hoping it all gets finished fast!
