Happens once a year, people. There isn't a single year that I live without getting sick at least once.

Now, don't worry. I don't have COVID-19. I don't know if I've ever mentioned this, but me and my parents have been social distancing for quite some time now. I've been staying in this house without going anywhere for four months now. Only my parents go out in public to go shopping, but I'm always at home. My dad really doesn't want me to go out, as he's worried I'll get infected.

Likewise, yeah, I haven't really been out much.

But I have gotten sick just now. Likely from a cold or something. It's likely that I caught it from my dad, as he's the only one who's ever gone out in public. He's mostly been working from home, but recently there was one occasion where his boss called him to go to his workplace. Don't know why. But clearly he caught some sort of sickness, and brought it home. And unfortunately, I ended up catching it.

The symptoms began the day before yesterday. By yesterday, the sickness had fully manifested, and I had to voluntarily render myself bedridden for the rest of the day. Today I am still sick, it is now 4:35 PM, and I haven't even left my room. I am going to stay bedridden until I have gotten better, and I don't want to infect other members of my family. I'm hoping that I get better soon. I don't know if it will happen tomorrow, but I think my symptoms are gradually getting better.

Still, it's really annoying when this happens. I couldn't sleep last night because my nose was runny, my face was hot, and my sinus pressure was really bad. Now all I have to do is literally lay within my bed and rest. Given that I'm sick, I don't have a problem with doing that. It's just that, like I said, it's annoying.

Anyway, I think I'll leave it at that, as I have nothing more to say. I'll write again if anything new happens.
