Last week I came down with a sudden illness of some sort. I'm not sure what it was. I know it wasn't Covid, I got tested just in case and got a negative result (and trying not to think about the risk of false negatives). Super generic symptoms too. :/ I pretty much, literally, never get sick unless it's a matter of eating too much/too fast as a result of my stomach surgery ages ago. No idea what the hell it was, but it hit fast and hard. My temperature was up to 104 degrees F at one point. The chills from that was the absolutely worse, though.

Mostly healed up though. My fever officially broke on Saturday but it's been coming and going into a low-grade since then. I'll be checking my temp tonight in hopes that I'm finally over with it. Means I might even go into the one day of work planned for this week that I thought I'd have to cancel.

So that's why there's been a bit of radio silence here. Which sucks because I was HOPING to start going through the massive art backlog of submissions and journals people have been submitting. And instead I'm even further behind. And I don't want to mass delete because there's so much pretty~ ;n;
