FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Season 8 FHL NEWS - April 4th, 2020

NEW GM

WORLDWIDE - The Commission is proud to announce that the St. Louis Spirits will once again have a General Manager at the Beginning of Season 9. With agreement from the Commission, Maxy has decided to take up the General Managers position for the team, beginning this Offseason.

We welcome him among the GMs and wish him good luck in the upcoming season!

TEAM MOVEMENT

WORLDWIDE - The Seattle Guardians and the Saint Louis Spirits have been approved for team relocation at the conclusion of Season 8. The Guardians will be relocating from Seattle, WA, to Downriver, MI, and the Spirits will be relocating from Saint Louis, MO, to London, ON, Canada.

Changes in name, logo and otherwise will be looked at in the off season. We wish teams good luck with the movements.

DIVISIONAL CHANGES

Team movements will be causing divisional shifts for Season 9. In order to maintain a balanced number of teams in both the East and West, at least 2 teams from the Eastern Conference will be relocated to the Western Conference. Currently the Commission is looking over a few options to which we are below. We welcome any opinions on these options.
