Working From Home by IridescenceStudios

So for the past week and the foreseeable future I've been telecommuting because of the COVID-19 situation. While I don't currently believe it is all that severe in Texas this is what we've been told to do, so there it is. I generally prefer to keep my worlds separate, but the decision was taken out of my hands as of this Tuesday.

It hasn't been that bad, actually. It's taken some getting used to and there are some bugs to work out, but it's been okay so far. From what I know the doctor's appointment I have a month from now has been changed to a telephone visit so I assume they expect this situation to go on for at least a month in an effort to flatten the curve.

Honestly it's fine by me for now though I don't enjoy the daily check ins, I think it's a bit unnecessary and slows me down, but maybe they'll decide not to do it as often.

For the most part nothing has changed in my world, I don't go out much during the week so it's more or less just been business as usual.

Right now I'm just taking it one step at a time.

We go grocery shopping tomorrow so we'll see whether or not we have any issues getting things. We were okay last time save for a few things I needed to look around for like eggs and such, but most of our usual items were obtainable. I'm hoping people have calmed down a bit from the panic buying and hoarding and that it will not be as much of an issue this time.

In writing news I've finished another section of Vanguard, and I think I'll go right into the next for my warm up projects. I think having the to do list is helping, and the list of projects I'm working on so it gives me a bit of flexibility. I am still trying to figure out the mystery that is my brain but progress is progress.
