Update: i almost forgot i set my time alarms on my cellphone for to keep me up to date

Shower: 6 PM every night

night meds: 7 PM every night

Bedtime1: 11 PM(sunday, monday, thursday, friday and saturday/pending if my melotonin does not kick in first)

Bedtime2: 10 PM(tuesday and wednesday/pending if my melotonin does not kick in first)

O.o so yea those scedule times are important so that means i have to keep the cellphone alarms for those 4 important things turned on... so yea... anyways thats all for now.. end of update

O.o okay i just got back from the doctors.. O.o first in foremost i have set my alarm on my phone at 7 PM to take my night time meds... however a new pill has been added for my night time pill regimen... O.o i am now officially taking Melotonin... O.o once i take it with my meds... O.o its gonna help sleep and uhh.. yea... this is where the second thing i am gonna say comes into play,.... now then once i take my melotonin... once it kicks in i am gonna get very sleepy and drowzy.. once that happens thats it for the evening for me... let me be honest... dr. winders and my mom noticed i got very snappy as of late... hate to say this.. they're right.. hence i got the new meds... so basically i need to be in bed around 11 PM every night or if my melotonin kicks in.. once it kicks in thats it for the evening for me... so please do understand this is now officially the end of my all nighters... O.o so yea please understand that k
