Merry Christmas and Blessed Yule! And happy whatever it is you celebrate!

Going to GA to visit my family for the holidays. Mostly excited about it. Getting to see my nephew, having my folks feed me, and not having to worry about chores for a bit will be nice. XD Mildly anxious as my folks and I don't always see eye to eye on things but overall looking forward to the visit. It'll be about a week, maybe a bit less depending on if you count travel time or not. So a decent amount of time.

Slightly worried about our baby boy. This will be the longest Marooney has been left alone since the loss of our other cat. He's been a bit needy since then. My boyfriend agreed to check up on him at least once while we're gone and a friend may be able to help as well. We'll have to spoil him bunches when we get back! ^_^

Hoping to also work on a bit of artwork. Gonna start up a new sketchbook of just practice work (either techniques, or specific features, that sort of thing). It'll be a bit of a struggle since, well, I'm not the most disciplined of artists (which is why I consider myself more of a hobbyist at this point still) but I know that it'll help both my art skills grow as well as personal growth and in becoming more disciplined. After all, I wouldn't mind one day being a cool artist that takes commissions and stuff like that. ^_^ We'll have to see how that goes.

I'm gonna try to keep up with my current bi-weekly uploading schedule as I have a backlog formed up. It'll mostly depend on energy and time. My folks are cool with the whole furry thing, but I leave checking the sites for at night since, well, my settings aren't exactly SFW, lol.
