Heya folks, I got a favor to ask of the community.

I am going to my Psychiatrist on Tuesday morning for a. refill on antidepressants and b. to try to sort out why having such random mood swings I’m not able to control or that just abruptly changes sharply for no reason. Sober or not. I would like any who are willing to tell me in PM’s/Dm's over this site, email (sirkain [at] sirkain [dot] net), telegram (@sirkain), discord (sirkain#6908) any things they have noticed about me that's related to moods. How often I seem manic, how often depressed, how often moods may change or dramatically change (Kem issue is one example, Rawr/Arin another)… Trying to build data for her to better diagnose WTF is up with me.
