I'm a fan of the HTTYD franchise. I consider this one of the best in animation. Ranks up there with the Toy Story franchise. The first movie was such a surprise and one of the few animated movies that made good use of 3D. The second one was much better and tug on the heart strings. So, when they announced a third and final one, I was already excited. Hoping it'll end on such a high note and not disappoint.

And it certainly didn't. The animation was top notch as always. The character have grown more depth. And the ending was stupendous. I think the ending is one of the best send offs to a franchise along with the ending of Toy Story 3. I also love the scenes with Toothless and the Light Fury. So cute and done without much dialogue. They did it very well.

Overall, a great animated movie that you need to see. A great ending to a great trilogy. I just hope they won't do a Toy Story 4.
