Last year, I decided to give a relatively new social network, Mastodon, a try.

After mucking about on the main instance, I bit the bullet and joined a new one. Figured moving to a furry instance would be a better choice.

Yeah, I'm on a domain with that word in it. Fuzzy trashiness level up :P

On a serious note, Mastodon is kinda like Twitter, but with better moderation (so far), much less advertising, more versatile privacy controls, and a choice of server without affecting who you can talk to. Kinda like email.
