      Actually it was mostly raining. xD But probably better than snow when it comes to driving though.

        Yeah! I’m from IL, close to the Mississippi River (near IA)—be glad that it was this past weekend with the rain and NOT the weekend before. We got slammed pretty hard here.......my city got 13-inches of snow in less than 24 hours, not sure how bad they got it closer to Chicago, but the rain of MFF weekend washed a lot of the snow away! XD

          I heard of the snow storm before we came, was worried we'd be in it when we went. Luckily is was fine. xD I'm very glad having to drive there. lol

            It was crazy.............the snow just KEPT FALLING. I was going out every two hours to shovel, because it was heavy, wet snow and I didn't want to shovel a foot after it was done! XD

              I feel ya about that. So far my local area hasn't gotten much snow, so shoveling hasn't been an issue yet. xD
