RIGHTS AND REPRODUCTION:

-A customer who wishes to commission a piece that will be reproduced for profit must first pay for reproduction rights, to be decided on an individual basis; the cost of a commission does not cover the rights to the image itself.

-You may not alter a commission except with express permission from myself, nor may you pay somebody else to alter my work without similarly express permission.

-You MAY repost the image on your personal page/site/as an icon, et cetera, with credit to myself.

PAYMENT

-I accept payments UP FRONT and in full when due in an amount under $200. When the total is above $200 and if the customer requires it, I will accept half up front, and half upon completion, but the final, unwatermarked, full size image will not be provided until the final payment is received.

-I accept PAYPAL only. You may pay with your credit card or Paypal balance, but I absolutely do not accept mailed cash, money orders, or checks.

-You must NOT pay me with the 'Gift' option. Please pay normally.

DUE DATES

-Deadlines should ideally be discussed and agreed upon preferably prior to payment, but I am more than happy to discuss a deadline for a piece during the process, particularly if it is for a convention, birthday/anniversary, or another special occasion.

-However, I do not accept rush orders; what qualifies as a rush order changes with commission type and deadline, so please ask.

UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED:

• I will always give you the sketch to confirm for your piece, but you will need to tell me if you want to see it at other stages. I am completely open to showing you all stages of the work, but you MUST let me know beyond the sketch phase.
  -I do NOT create XXX work. I will draw erotica, nudity, and so on, but forgive me my desire to keep it at least a little classy and artistic. Consult with me if you're unsure whether your concept is too hardcore.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO THE FOLLOWING:

-I may refuse to accept a commission with or without notifying the customer of the reason.

-I may cancel your commission and refund the total payment, or the partial payment minus the cost of work already done. If a piece has significant work completed, you will receive that and the remaining payment.

-I may change the price of a commission's base price due to the complexity of what you ask for, but I will ONLY do this before payment is sent. When a commission is paid for, I will not make you pay more unless there has been some legitimate error in my or your communication.

-I may require payment to change any aspect of your completed image beyond a certain magnitude. Changes should be made in the sketch phase.
