Hey guys! How is it going?
Well, I'm writing this journal 'cause I realized I desperate need to socialize more around here, it's not about popularity and stuff, I just want to meet new furs and/or toon artists in order to know you better and to have a good time talking about drawing or whatever that comes in mind xD

I hate when that happens. I usually just doodle and scribble when I get blocked. It keeps the 'artsy' side of my mind going without stressing it out trying to draw when I feel like I can't. Or I'll just draw something I know I'm good at (or at least that feels easy) maybe even do some referenced drawings. C: Maybe see if that helps.

That's a pretty effective method indeed! I love doing some referenced drawings of some toon characters I like, done like hundreds of Stimpy xD Actually I got blocked this time 'cause I was wanting to practice some sitting down poses but they were looking so weird D: Dunno I thought that was something wrong with the way I draw legs '-' but no worries I'm going through it finally, managed to doodle this late night and hope to get something cool to ink and color in order to post on my gallery soon ^^

Hey that's awesome! :D Drawing new things can be really stressful. I've been trying to draw humans lately and every now and then I just need a break. XD Break often for a short time rather than once for a long time is what I hear.

You're right, better taking regularly short breaks than a long one x3 I was never really fond of human characters but some cartoon artists I knew on deviantart made me change my opinioin (just like this one: http://raaynee.deviantart.com/ ) Their human characters are so awesome and expressive, I've tried to draw humans by myself once but never actually practiced them D:

I wasn't very interested in human characters either...at least until I wanted to draw fanarts for shows I watch. XD-
