Explicit tags aren't explicit enough? Maybe do it like the dirty stories do with 2-3 short keywords on the thumbnail like
- m/f
- flatulence
- ovipositing
Like in red text on the thumbnail

Few warnings on what the story will involve around like if doministic violence will turn up at some points or not.
I would appreciate rape warnings ... since many dont like readings stories that involves that and I am one of them.
