Hey guys! Seraphima here with another journal! I needed to say something about this because its been bugging me for a bit, it's basically about pretentious artists who have little to no modesty. Now I know that can be a little confusing and broad, read on to find out what I mean. Let's jump right in!

So I saw this adopts group on Amino (not naming any names) that had CS adopts for sale. A lot of the stuff on the offer list was pretty normal but let's get to the don't offer portion. Now what got me was the fact that this group called any other art that wasn't the same quality as theirs "poorly made". And the thing is it was just average quality art and they were demanding "HQ adopts and characters"! Excuse me but what right do you have to call someone on a lower skill level's art bad just because it isn't pleasing to YOU? I'm sorry but that's kinda rude. They could be just starting for all you know.

And " badly designed OCs?" Unless you meant eye bleeding rainbows, overused neons etc again just because YOU dont like it means the design is bad? People put love and time into their OCs and some stuck up people like
you come and ruin it with this sort of attitude.

Yeah I just hate when other artists think there on Michelangelo's level, especially when their own art is good, but nothing mind blowingly amazing. Now you can be proud of your own art but please have some modesty. And don't judge others based on the fact that you personally don't like their art style or character design. Be constructive instead, it will help us all improve. ❤
