Gardening/Business = Days & nights have been getting cooler, so plants have been growing more slowly, even with a greenhouse. It doesn’t mean I won’t still be as busy, but I doubt I’ll be able to keep the business open as often. I’ve also decided to take a week off each month, to have extra time to repair & replenish my work, like cleaning my greenhouse of pests that would move in. Last cleaning, I killed up to three black widows, and put traps & barriers to keep away the ants & grasshoppers. My saplings have been growing slow too, so I might not have a regular supply of plants throughout the winter. Worst case scenario, I might have to finish the season until spring, but I hope to last until the end of November. The least I hope for the greenhouse are that I can extend my working season from 6 months to 8 months, and hold more of my plants through winter so I can start at the market again with a larger inventory.
