Some changes to Drako's Den and Playground

So, to make access to both sites easier, we have decided to seperate them just a bit more.

We no longer have a landing page under drako.funurl.com that links to both sites.

drako.funurl.com now only directly loads Drako's Den, which offers a link to the SFW Drako's Playground.

The DOB entry on Drako's Den will let anyone over 18 into the Den, but will redirect anyone underage to the Playground.

We also made the Art Contest a sub-site of Drako's Den, so that it may be linked to by both websites without granting access to the Den.
