Greetings and bienvenue, all. This is Gagethyous, and I am more than pleased to have the first journal of the month presented to you.

As I was going through some major personal troubles during the latter half of June, I had to actually slow down on many things. These included having the journal ready for the thirtieth and the first of July. Regardless, I am doing my best to catch up right now and have things properly finished. Now, onto the skinny.

Mecha Month, as a combination of real life issues and my own complacency, is still ongoing. With the proper amount of pictures finished, I can go on ahead and count this year's Mecha Month a success. The reasoning for this is due to the fact that this year was technically the first year it was initiated. It was attempted last year, but June of last year was so... ugh. I don't wish to go back to that period of my life. Needless to say, if I can finish the remaining WIPs I have, I think things can rated quite nicely with its' lessons being implemented next year.

The things I have in store for Independence Day was honestly so numerous, I might as well have spread them out throughout the course of the month. Work on a lot of pictures for the occasion are on the way, so I will work on those when I have the chance. Be prepared to see some rather interesting material.

Skunktember is right around the corner (I refer to it in my timeframe as around the corner due to my perception of time and the way how my life flows at the moment), and I intend to have plenty of things done for that. Practically nothing but one of my favorite animal, the skunk! Maybe some other time, I'll dedicate a timeslot to the raccoon, one of my favorites that has not been getting the love it deserves by my hands. Someday... but not now.

As for the Gundam Fan-Comic thing with my brother, it's going along rather slowly. This is due to the fact that the comic's main structure is being made by my brother. It's not really too high on his priorities list due to the fact that this is a passion project, and that he has plenty of other stuff to work on in his own section of life. Because of this, I'll be working on things from time to time in the mechanical and character sections. The simple concept of the Nemo has already been uploaded, so there's that. Now is the matter of refining it, and a sketch of the Jegan, and that will be two mobile suits down. And almost a hundred to go. Go me.

I am in the midst of having project work done for the games I wish to someday create. I do have a project blog on Tumblr, and upon me filling it up over the month, I do hope to share its' contents with you all soon. I have a name for the company I wish to publish my multimedia projects under, but I am still seeing about the trademarking involved and the wonderful complications with all of that. Wish me luck if you see fit.

I might release the names of the projects next month, but that's highly dependant on several factors. As a result, it could be next month or maybe even as late as this December coming. We shall see.

My brother and I are going to be incredibly busy over the course of the week and possibly the next. Things such as house repair, family affairs, finanical matters, and the like will be preoccupying much of our time, God help us. I will do what I can, but artwork could be uploaded rather later on around the latter half of July.

In the meantime, I have a plethora of artwork to upload. Last month, I practically fulfilled my quota for sketching almost every single day. I'm feeling immensely proud of that but I will warn you all right now that there will be a sort of art flood. Apologies in advance, but I will do what I can in relation to the rules about such a thing.

I have been working on my commission prices for some time, but having the commission info page on FA is a little tedious and as such, I have not completed filling it in yet. Hopefully, within the next few months, I can begin to take in some commissions from those who are interested. If anybody wants to look now, do be sure to try and take a look at what I have so far. See if they seem fair or need further balancing. Having these properly set up for later on will definitely be a challenge, but I for one love challenges. As for the TOS, I will be having those up as soon as I get the chance. Stay tuned!

Also, on that note, I am also highly considering requests. Once I have the proper work schedule worked out, I can actually work out some requests for those actually want them. I'm hoping to do five to ten requests a week, depending on time and the resources on hand. They are what it says on the tin; Requests. They are completely free and all you have to do to get one is put [R] in before what you want. Plain and simple. But do be sure that requests are subject to the rules of my commissions, so do give those a read to see what I will not partake in.

Needless to say, there are a lot more things to deal with across my various accounts. With Tumblr basically killing off a chunk of its' user base (Mainly due to Verizon ownership), and given how Fur Affinity could implode at any given moment (I mean hell, the dang site just went down yesterday for some reason), I've already decided to back up my material to numerous other sites. The accounts I have now are in the footer, so do rest assured that in case FA goes down, you can find me in many other places.

To begin to wrap things up, I do have animations planned. Despite the ones planned just being simple demonstrations, they're still somewhat of a ways off due to resource issues. So if I do upload traditional animations, please do pardon if they are presented on sheets of notebook paper.

I am also starting to crawl out of my proverbial shell and re-establish my self-confidence. With that in mind, I'm beginning to warm back up to the idea of talking to people again.
