Daily Dragon Tab's E3 2017 Recap Special! by BlazRtheDragon

Hey, everyone! BlazR the Dragon here, and the Daily Dragon Tab is back from our week long adventure at E3! Man, has it really been a crazy experience we've encountered. So, I've taken the liberty to jot down everything of what the guys at Bethesda, Ubisoft and Nintendo have been cooking up during their own respective presentations. Allow me to start off the biggest recap!

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim... gets an amiibo upgrade?! - Day one. While the rest of the crowd were tremendously surprised about Bethesda's most legendary games of all time coming to the Nintendo Switch, I was disguised as a blue raspberry colored Argonian, struggling my way to write down everything of what the company had in mind. Thanks to the Switch's reveal trailer and its presentation, the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim will be getting a new pair of features. Such as using a BotW themed Link amiibo by scanning and pick up a costume based on the launch game of the same name and utilize motion controls by taking out weaponry. are people even tired of that legacy nonsense right now Unfortunately, no word has been given out for its release date, so expect something cooler coming from the tweets. And I do mean Nintendo or Bethesda's Tiwtter account. Or maybe even a Nintendo Direct, perhaps?

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle - Day two. Oh, boy. Now we're really getting in there. Ubisoft announced at its press conference, and again at the Nintendo Spotlight, that Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will be released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on the 29th August of 2017. Here, players take on the role as Beep-O, a small anthropomorphic rabbit eared robot that guides Mario, Luigi, Peach, Yoshi and a quartet of Rabbids donning the former as they all work together to restore the Mushroom Kingdom, take on their worst enemies, equip with a serious amount of weapons and launch those intruders back to where they came. The game is set to have music composed by Grant Kirkhope, the guy who once became a member of RARE before departing himself out as a freelance composer, as well as Shigeru Miyamoto acting as co-producer of the upcoming turn based tactical RPG game. This should be interesting. But you wanna know what else IS interesting?

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 - Or, commonly known as Xenoblade 2 in Japan. Anyway, we all know that a new character would be on the look out for the term "Elysium" and who is trying to stop him from going there. So, I'm gonna end this topic short and quick like this: the game will remain released for a holiday arrival at the end of 2017. No comment; moving on.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's Big Chunky Pack of Hardcore! - Turns out that the first DLC pack is completed and ready to go. Following the knockout launch of Breath of the Wild, series creator, Eiji Aonuma announced that the first pack, the Master Trials, will be released on the 30th June. That's the day where Gru gets to go back to being a villain! Going back on topic, its second pack, the Champions' Ballad, will also be released this holiday, the same as Xenoblade 2 shows up. Lastly, Breath of the Wild is getting another wave of amiibo characters. This time, honoring a dedication to the champions, such as Mipha, Daruk, Revali and Urbosa. It hasn't been decided on their own release dates, but keep in mind that there might be a Direct coming up. Or maybe even an investor's meeting. I can't wait to see my alter ego pick up a Switch, so that he can escape from Miiverse!

Super Mario Odyssey comes this October! - We've ended our day off at E3 with a tip of the hat! Super Mario Odyssey is expected to be released in the 27th October. That's like a predictable movement when the Switch was already announced of that said month! As usual, it is a noble nod to both the Nintendo 64 and Nintendo GameCube's true involvement with sandbox titles like Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine that they have crafted a whole new Super Mario game for those to run around in. In this game, Mario joins forces with Cappy, an anthropomorphic ghost with a white hat who magically resurrects his red one and allows Mario to transfer anyone and anything into his own living self. Mario must then rescue Peach from Bowser's proposed marriage, but that dragonized glutton somehow hired a quartet of Broodals to distract him long enough before anything gets worse! With a few wedding themed amiibo set for release, and a very special guest named Pauline, Odyssey is about to prove anyone that core gaming is back in business. And I don't mean four other games that made core gamers walk away furiously in favor of the Wii's baby games and kids games that are just straight up over the top! (record scratches) Um... ahem. Sorry; didn't mean to offend you all. Super Mario Odyssey will be launched on the 27th October.

So, what did you all think of this year's big top E3 event? Was it covered in too much Nintendo? What else did you saw at this year's E3? Which game are you looking forward to buy? Did Super Mario Odyssey left you a nostalgic impression? Lemme know what you guys, gals, and gamers think in the comment section down below, and I'll check 'em out.

Now, just to clarify, Nintendo unveiled a new Nintendo 3DS puzzle game called Sushi Striker. And the way it plays out is that you wanna collect all the sushi and throw them at your opponent, because you don't wanna have your HP down to 0. If you do, you're dead meat. But let's cut the crud and be honest; what I've really got stoked into was a catchy theme song that makes you feel pumped up and ready to fight like you actually mean it!

(puts on some shades and listens to the beat)

Aw, yeah. That's the real s[HONK!], baby.

So, yeah. I find E3 2017 pretty much a big time for Nintendo to strike back and attempt to forget everything what the L.A.N.S.G. had told core gamers about. Wait. L.A.N.S.G. Maybe I could totally use that instead of offending a bunch of casuals openly. Yeah! That'll work! Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed E3 week, but I just gotta help someone save up for a newer replacement of a drawing tablet. I might have to go to my older PC to see what else I can upload, so if I do have time, I'll let you know when it occurs!

That wraps up today's special E3 edition of the Daily Dragon Tab. Until next time, see ya later!

Man, I really gotta get used to turning myself into an argonian and inflate myself without the need of popping.
