This Site Have Bad Rep? by CutePastel

Hello! I used to use this site when it first began, but eventually forgot about it because life got busy and in the way.
Um... I heard some things from people on DeviantART saying that you can only post furry art here, and if you post art of any other sort of thing you'll get harassed and even banned?
It wasn't like that when I was first a member here, so I'm kind of wary and shocked to hear this news. It could be false though. Is there anyone who knows this is true or not?

    I'm still super new here and I don't really get a lot of traffic on my art so this may not be a good example, but... I post more human/humanoid art then furry stuff, SFW and NSFW stuff and I don't get any harassment.
    So...I dunno.

    TBH this site just seems kinda... empty... to me.

      It was empty when I first joined, so I'm not shocked haha! :) I'm glad to hear no one harps on you for posting non-furry art. That's a relief to hear, since some people on dA were saying in journal posts that they got harassed for posting human art.

        I mean, sometimes I do see people get upset for seeing humans on a furry orientated site, like I saw people complaining to a comic artist on FurAffinity who made a NSFW human/furry comic and people were saying "Pleeease don't post your human stuff on here!", but FA is a pretty human friendly site.

        Only 2 sites that I know that do not like humans is InkBunny and E621.

        Maybe the harassment only happens to more popular artist? I hope thats not the case cause harassing artist is kinda messed up, I feel bad for those dA guys :/

        Also despite this site being kinda empty, I still joined cause I wanted to spread my art to more places, thought it was an okay idea, haha.

        Anyways, I'd say it's safe to post human art on here, if people harass you just report or block them. c:

    Weasyl is a site for everything, submissions don't have to furry related at all.
    If someone ends up harassing you in anyway, simply report it. Harassment of any kind is not acceptable on Weasyl and we'll take the appropriate action necessary.
