He threw another fit just a few minutes ago, throwing things around in his apartment and shaking the whole building in the process.

What bothers me more than anything is that a few weeks ago at about midnight, I got this really powerful smell of ammonia all through my home. Ammonia is an ingedient sometimes used in making homemade meth. I didn't report him because I don't know if he's the one doing it or not, but his hearing things that aren't there have me thinking he probably is the one doing it.

But unfortunately I can't go calling the police on him based on these concerns because 1) I have three mental illnesses on my record, and 2) I have a misdemeanor incorrectly listed as a felony on my record, so I doubt that without concrete proof (which would require my endangering myself in order to get it) nobody would listen to a word I have to say... and even if I did have concrete proof they might still decide to dismiss it as me being crazy.

That downstairs motherfucker doesn't belong in an apartment. He belongs either in a prison cell or in a mental institution, where he's not going to harm people because of drug-induced paranoia.
