Great, I Have A Faulty UPS by ACDragon

And apparently the model I got is prone to this behavior. Gee, thanks APC. I really appreciate having my UPS go into overload mode when nothing plugged into it is turned on or when nothing is even plugged into it. Doing the necessary "reset" stuff didn't help, I can't get it to work now.

I found out about this problem just this morning when, as I was waking up, the UPS emitted a long, continuous beep and no LED lights were lit up. According to a review on Amazon for this product (I misplaced the instruction manual and so I figured it would be on APC's website... only it's not? Why isn't it on their website? That is ridiculous and un-fucking-professional), this is an indicator of an "overload" situation. But everything that was plugged into it was turned off so there was no reason for it to be in an overload state. And after I did the reset stuff, it still did the same thing and wouldn't work, so I unplugged everything and went back to my el-cheapo $12.00 surge protector I bought at a Walgreen's.

But then I did another test on the UPS, since everything else was already unplugged, and sure enough it still went right on with its continuous beep and no LED light.

Why the fuck do you people make such GARBAGE? I didn't spend almost a hundred dollars on this thing to have it fail two weeks in. You claim to have quality control, you even have a HAND SIGNED slip of paper taped to the side of this thing saying it's passed every test, and yet it's failing? Do you just put that slip on the unit for looks?
