Navigate the various weeks with the arrows. Pick a time, amount of hours, fill in the brief form, and blam! You should get an email to the address you provided. Reply to that at some point before the Sunday night prior to your stream with the plan you have for your stream. Could be a list of ideas, or just "hey I'll give you ideas in stream", whatever you want! Then I'll ask any questions I need answered and send an invoice that needs to be paid prior to the stream itself.
