Why the FUCK does Weasyl not allow rtf documents?

Seriously, EVERY OTHER SITE ON THE GODDAMN INTERNET ALLOWS THIS but Weasyl doesn't?

Also, this ridiculous "markdown" bullshit needs to stop. Seriously, learn to allow BBcode and HTML like every other site on the Internet allows and maybe more people will take you seriously. I can copy/paste my journals across every site I frequent EXCEPT for Weasyl. For Weasyl, I have painstakingly go through every single sentence and replace stuff that is standard on literally every single site I go to, with asterisks and shit because you fuckers somehow felt it would be oh, so awesome to make a brand-new code that nobody asked for and that nobody wants.
