The Top 10 Best Theme Parks! by BlazRtheDragon

Welcome to Day Two, as part of the continuation with the Mii News X Daily Dragon Tab crossover event, leading up to the Nintendo Switch Presentation. Now before I get into topic with today's top 10 countdown about theme parks, there has been rumors that the presentation may last for about 2 hours. Would the presentation soon become a possibility by next Thursday? We'll have to find out when the Big N makes an official announcement themselves. Also, look out for a poll of which game you'd like to see being made for the Nintendo Switch!

Anyway, with that said, let's get back to more of the Mii News X Daily Dragon Tab crossover. :D

Roller coasters, Ferris wheels, bumper cars, fun houses, walkthrough attractions, motion simulators... you name it. Theme parks have been around for over 884 years. Dang! Now that's a big number to count when you're a part of the United Kingdom. But we're not getting into history; we're talking about the top 10 best theme parks you need to check out! And, shed a little tear, because Nintendo is about to dominate the Hollywood theme park at Universal Studios.

  1. Universal's Islands of Adventure - Since the late 80s, Universal Studios Florida has been thinking about adding another theme park, while gaining an rivaled opportunity against the likes of Disneyland's California Adventure addition. And later on, they came up with the name, Islands of Adventure, and soon, the movie making titans would compete to see who has the best theme parks. Islands of Adventure contains a series of areas, such as Port Entry, Toon Lagoon, Marvel Super Hero Island, Seuss Landing, Skull Island, Hogsmade (as part of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter), The Lost Continent and, of course, my all time favorite for cute dinosaurs, Jurassic Park. Reason? Well, River Adventure, that is. Even if you plan to get wet, then that's okay! Just laugh it out loud and let out your inner happiness. I know I did, because the one that's about to be dominated by plumber boy himself in the future was cooler than ever. ;)

  2. Knott's Berry Farm - Founded in 1920 as a chicken dinner restaurant and a jam jar store, and in the later years as a theme park by Walter Knott, his wife, Cordelia and their family, Knott's Berry Farm is considered to be one of the most well known theme parks across Buena Park, California. Dubbed as California's Best Theme Park, which you don't wanna mess around with all the great attractions it has to offer, it has a series of roller coasters that are made for thrill seekers of all ages. There's even a game like attraction called Voyage to the Iron Reef, where players take on the role as sea monster hunters to freeze enemies and gain points; a gigantic theater that is the home to an ice rink show, and, good grief! Even Charlie Brown, Snoopy and all their pals make an appearance. And the best part about Knott's? It's obvious! Mystery Lodge. I fell in love with the native culture, and I couldn't stop making up some native vocals. They look so influential to me! :D

  3. Magic Kingdom - Now I know what you're thinking, "BlazR! How come you live across California and not Florida?!" Well, to tell you the truth, Magic Kingdom is one of Walt Disney World's most stapled park that is considered an icon to Disney fans and Florida residents. And whenever you ask me that question, I may respond, "I doubt I'd ever fly all the way to Florida, because... having to go to the Magic Kingdom would cost a HUGE ton of money to me!" And last I checked, I heard from my alter ego that his friend also lives across Florida. Lucky for him to be a part of it! Anyway, the Magic Kingdom was founded around 1971, which was on the 1st October. I dunno if anyone notices, but I think that the park's anniversary is happening anytime now. With various locations that are similar to Disneyland, it still has the true Disney feel to it. Like, say, Main Street U.S.A.; Adventureland, Frontierland, Liberty Square, Fantasyland and even Tomorrowland! It may be one of the best theme parks, but it's a doubtful place that I'll never get the opportunity to visit...

  4. SeaWorld San Diego - I've always wanted to go back to seeing more of that oh-so-cute orca whale that goes by the name of Shamu. And its other sea creatures. But not way too close, because I might die from getting eaten up. just take that bunny cat whatever she is instead plz But still, it looks great! SeaWorld San Diego is one of the San Diego county's best known aquarium turned theme parks that there could be a high chance of getting somewhat wet at this point. Like I said about the Islands of Adventure part, it's never a miss for that. A Shamu Show is known to have four giant LED screens that are bigger than a TV, a Cirque de la Mar show which only has humans performing acrobatics and pyrotechnics, a various amount of pets going crazy and wild around Pets Live, a Bayside Skyride lets you hop in a gondola and see the open view of the park, Journey to Atlantis makes you feel like you're in a roller coaster/water ride of a lifetime, a Shipwreck Rapids ride that spins you around like you just don't care, a Wild Arctic adventure that allows you to board a flying helicopter/submarine to see the entirety of ice based animals, a Manta themed coaster that launches you out of the building and into a blast of pure fun--

(gets splashed by Shamu unexpectedly, then laughs so loud)

Where did that come from?! (laughs still)

  1. Castles 'n' Coasters - Located across my favorite place in Phoenix, Arizona, Castles 'n' Coasters is a unique example of kid friendly awesomeness! There are only two coasters (i.e. Desert Storm and Patriot), as well as a log flume ride; a sky diver; a swinging ship; bumper cars; a music express; a Dixie Jr. Wheel and even a miniature golf. There's even a bumper boat ride, which requires the guest to twist the right bar to accelerate and move the two bars to turn either left or right while accelerating; a go kart experience where everyone's a winner; a climbing experience where guests need to be MORE careful like I did two years ago, and take a big snooze from theme park excitement over at the arcade. Let the good games cool you off! The park was founded in 1976 as Golf 'n' Stuff, and then, 16 years later, it was renamed as Castles 'n' Coasters.

  2. Busch Gardens Tampa - I guess Florida doesn't know when to quit about theme park addictions, huh? Now I never actually been to either its Tampa or Williamsburg locations, but Busch Gardens has all the fun loving animals that you can meet and greet with. But take a concept of roller coasters and other attractions, and you've got a tropical adventure like no other. It's like challenging a crocodilian king with a big bulky belly on answering questions that are based on that one real life show... which, nobody even gave a [HONK!] about. Anyway, in Busch Gardens Tampa, you might find all sorts of coasters, like Gwazi, a dueling wooden coaster that lets riders debate which car's the fastest; SheiKra, a drop down roller coaster that plummets you inside the hole with an unexpected drop; Kumba, Scorpion, Sand Serpent and more! This reminds me of how Diddy wants to glutton himself up bigger with not only marshmallows, but bananas, as well. Heh! ^_^

  3. Tokyo Disneyland - A Japanese take on the original Disneyland, even before Nintendo had the big chance of releasing the NES across the US, Europe and Australian territories, Tokyo Disneyland offers one of the greatest Japanese dubbed attractions that surely wouldn't end up being a slap in the face. Well, that, and the fact that Japan used to make a ripped off version back in the day before it was completely abandoned. This theme park has the same stuff like in the Magic Kingdom in Florida and Disneyland in California, but again, Japanese dubbed. Now, I don't wanna be mean towards Genko and Snozzy about this, but I just wanna come clean and say that, I... HATE... 6... 2... 6! That's my own opinion of how he wanted to get his own movie right after he broke into many of my favorite childhood movies like the Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin and the Lion King. Ugh; just take French Fry with you and leave me the frick alone! >A<

  4. Universal Studios Japan - Another competitor, this time in Japan? Well, here goes... Universal Studios Japan is the equivalent version of various Universal Studios parks. However, unlike most parks, it is only focused on Japanese languages, many of which they do NOT have a tendency of speaking in English. Unless if you don't learn the proper way to speak like that, there could be an extreme chance of you getting kicked out from the park. Or even worse, a slap in the face. Yeah, I know, I know. I use the term "slap in the face" a lot, because of how people can do it in Japan, Europe or any other country. Though, its rides are unique and fascinating when you're staying subscribed to Theme Park Review (they make the best videos ever, so I suggest you subscribe to them now!). From Space Fantasy to Hollywood Dream, as well as the Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man and Backdraft, it's not too bad to go there. If you'd be Japanese, that is!

  5. Disney California Adventure Park - Hate me whatever you wish, but don't count Disney California Adventure Park out of the countdown! Made as a secondary theme park to the Disneyland Resort, it features a lot of good rides, such as California Screamin', Toy Story Midway Mania, The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Undersea Adventure, Grizzly River Run, and even Radiator Springs Racers. Oh, yeah! About that. Whenever I try to tend on looking up on Radiator Springs, I end up with Disney California Adventure. It's like when California gives me an unexpected hug, which was a kid friendly version of that abomination that no one gave another frick about, it reminded me of Cars Land. Also, around nighttime, with a friendly rivalry to Fantasmic, there also exists a World of Color event that always happens throughout each seasonal time. I suggest providing a FastPass card to enter inside before you end up being blocked by too many park goers.

  6. Disneyland - It's the happiest place on earth! The one that made Walt Disney's dream come really true. Ever since it was opened around 1955 on the 17th July, it is currently located within the Orange side of Anaheim, California. It boasts the original lands that include everything that I told you about its Japan and Lake Buena Vista versions. From Star Tours to the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and from Pirates of the Caribbean to Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin, the legend has it all. So get out there, show off your happy side and welcome yourself to the world of Disneyland! Before you thank yourself, that is.

So, what's your favorite theme park to go to? Do you agree with the list? Be sure to leave a comment below and tell me what you think! :D

Also, I WAS going to include Universal Studios Hollywood on the list, but like I said, it's about to be terminated by plumber boy who'll take back what's his and punish Hollywood for making a bad excuse towards his father. So... don't expect me to return there anymore. :/

Also, that's two days down, eight more to go. I'll have my good alter ego take over with Pac Man on the run! :D
