Gel Pen recommendations and possible holiday badge trade by SilveroneWunny

I've been wanting to upgrade my pen and marker stash and am finally in need of new gel pens. I've always liked the Sakura jelly roll pens, but they seem to get harder and harder to find locally. So I'm going to look online (read: Amazon) and see what's out there.

So, what gel Pen and you all like to use?
What brand seems to have a good variety of color options in metallics as well?

Also, anyone want to do a seasonal badge exchange with me? I'm thinking I can get 5 maybe 6 done in time for that winter holiday thing. BUT! This is an exchange, so this means 5 other people would have to be involved to make it happen. I figure we get everyone's name in a "jar" and randomly assign a another for the trade, OR all persons involved could do a badge for the others in the group. What do you guys and gals thing?

I use Sakura's plain colors here and there, my town does not carry them anymore (Is it because scrapbooking?) so I go to the Jetpens website for those. The Pilot Juice gels were sorta O.K. the narrow 0.5mm felt scratchy, the 0.7mm was about like a Sakura but one seemed to overflow out of the 2 in that size. I still preferred Sakura even though they still tend to betray me and dry out a little or alot.

The Sakura pens do dry out pretty easily, I always assumed it was partially because of the dry climate I live in. I've seen the pilot ones, but the regular pens by them I've used in the past are scratchy as well.
