Hey guys~

As I've mentioned in my previous journal, I want to try and get in to two upcoming anthologies: Tales from the Guild 2 and Roar 8. However, because the deadline for TFTG2 is at the end of this year, I've decided to only focus on Roar 8.

It's been a slow start, as it usually is when I first begin a story, but I've made it to the 1,800 mark with the opening scene well on its way. Hopefully I can make a lot more progress this weekend and this upcoming week. Things have been calming down, and I've been doing whatever I can to keep my spirits high, no matter what happens.

Whenever this reaches completion, I will not be posting it online until I hear word if I get accepted or not. If I get accepted, I'll wait to post a preview once the anthology is officially out. If I get rejected, I'll probably post the whole thing after polishing it up, depending on if another call for submissions comes up and I feel it would fit the bill.

Anyway, just thought I'd give you guys an update on this. Once this gets done and over with, I may open up for commission again; I've been asked about that a few times already. I sincerely do enjoy writing stories for you guys :)
