I want to start a blog. What website would you guys recommend for starting a blog?

I'd prefer using one that isn't necessarily primarily furry-based nor staunchly politics-based.

The one site I can think of most in this regard is...Tumblr. I know what sort of reputations it has, but I'd use it mainly for the picture-esque site features.

I want to use a blog site just for the random shitposting of random largely silly opinions and random images. This is why Tumblr comes to mind most.
