Adding a background
+$10 for something simple, not too much detail
+$15 for something complex, detailed

Adding an extra character in the picture
+$5-15 per character depending on how they interact with the other character + their complexity.

Reference Sheets and Character Designs
Basically you’ll get something like this, a fullbody colored, and 3 chibis for $45-60 depending on the complexity of the character. Any additional art or variations of the character will be +$2-5.
