What a great time! My first AC was more of a watershed moment but this dwarfed it in the sheer number of good things that happened.

• Meeting the great Kitora (took all my willpower to not fangirl too hard)
• Backyard cookout with the Clubstripes crew (big thanks to Eziel for the invite)
• Hanging out with my favorite bad cats Kabashi + Revy
• Surprise dinner with Tartii
• Got a ton of commissions this year
• Finding a set of small ivory horns like my character's
• Seeing old friends again and making new ones
• Meeting folks I've known online for years
• Working on art with my iPad (way better than the clunky laptop+tablet combo I'd been using for years)

I will say... They really need to move the Zoo back into the Westin ballroom full-time.
That huge basement in the convention center is so empty and depressing compared to the warm, friendly and dynamic atmosphere in the ballroom
(plus the cool lighting is inferior to work on art in compared to the warmer ballroom).
No one wants to hang out in the basement, and it shows.

Looking forward to seeing everyone next year or at MFF if I can make it!
I'll also be at PAX West in a couple of months if anyone is going.
