I finally figured out what was going on with my computer tonight when, after having to restart, I got a weird notice on my screen about USB devices and then a second restart... followed by 8 long beeps from the mobo speaker and no POST. I shut it down for a moment and turned it back on and that's why I'm able to write this journal right now.

I know which motherboard I need, but I cannot buy it until at least July 13th in my present financial situation. I am desperate, I pay all my bills online with this computer, and I cannot pay them any other way. I need help, badly. The motherboard I need will be $60.00 plus another $20.00 or so for shipping. If you can spare any money at all, I beg of you, please help!
