700 Follower Kiriban Raffle: RESULTS! by Amber-Aria

And the winner is...

~Dingdingding~

Balina Balina, with number 23!

Congratulations to you for winning a free 1 hour coloured sketch, and thank you to everyone else for participating! I will be holding kiriban raffles for free art every time I get another 50 followers on my Weasyl account, so the next raffle will be held when I reach 750 followers.

Balina, please send details on what you want done for your sketch in an email to sunset.aria@gmail.com.

On another note, I have been considering holding small raffles for various other social media milestones as well, such as reaching a certain number of followers on my Tumblr or Twitter accounts. Though I'm not sure how I would regulate these raffles compared to what I do here. I'm open to thoughts and suggestions!

Yay !!! Congrats to them, I know they're gonna love whatever you create for them. :D And YES I actually have something you may find useful, if you don't already have it. http://competitionagency.com/tweetdraw/

Normally, folks do Follow/RT to win such-and-such prize, and the offer ends once a certain amount of followers are reached, or the artist just picks a day to end it/choose the winner. :3

as far as Tumblr goes, I'm not sure.. since any reblogs aren't automatically updated once the original creator of the post updates them.. That's one of my biggest issues with tumblr, admittedly. If you actually find a way around this, do let me know. XD

Oh my goodness graciousness, this is REALLY neat! Thank you so much for your suggestions! The main thing keeping me from doing a draw on Tumblr is the inability to really narrow it down to active users in an effective way. Though with replies being a thing on the site again, I might make it so that users reply to an announcement post within a certain amount of time before I choose a winner. That way it isn't something that a bunch of non-followers would necessarily be spammed with via reblogs, and I can still make sure that the prize is won by an active user.

I'm so glad I could help !!! And yeah, that does make sense. I was lucky the last time I did this, I think. A regular won. But it didn't even occur to me that a random, non-user may enter.
