The Heart Monitor by r-a-blackpaws

Okay...so some things I have learned over the past 48 while wearing this thing:

-electrodes like to migrate. No joke. They like to move around a lot. I am actually considering using medical tape to hold them in place so I can work.

-there is apparently lag between the phone and the monitor. This relates specifically to the migrating electrodes, as the smartphone monitors whether the electrodes are connected or not. I have noticed one (or more) pop off, went ahead and fixed them...THEN got the alarm from the phone to check them. Frustrating. >.<

-sadly, it is very easy to report events. I had to report two events yesterday at work (one minor pain, one the pause and restart I've been having)...and it's really easy to do. Just a few touches on the phone and done.

-this thing has far too much cord. Seriously. This thing has enough cable to stretch from my bathroom to my chair. I feel like Wolverine in his Weapon X gear while wearing this thing. >.<

-the phone keeps a pretty good charge and charges up fast. I have the phone running all day, as instructed...and the charge has not gone below 50%. That's a really good battery. And it charges up to full in about three hours too.

So yeah...that's what I've learned over the first 48 hours with my heart event monitor. Still counting the days till I get rid of it, though ;)

i think it would be cute if they had pokemon-electrode colored ones for little kids that need them.
