Hey all, a handful of updates are in order, so let's jump right in!

Conventions
With Denver Comic Con only a few weeks away, I wanted to give you all a head's up that convention season is starting! Of course I'll be at the usual local conventions, I wouldn't want to miss them! <3 At least two are confirmed - DCC (June 17-19) and RMFC (August 12-14). As usual, the week or so before the con I'll give 'em their own journal so that everyone knows where to find me and other good information.

Commission Updates
Between a longer commission list, my other jobs outside of art, and life in general, I've been a bit behind on commission updates. My goal by the end of this week is to send everyone on the list some kind of update, either a WIP or a "yes, I'm still alive and working on your piece" type update. Thank you all for your patience, I'm so grateful for all of you that have supported this work!

Wednesday Character Auction
Already June's auction is here! Geez, these are just flying by. The summer months are now underway, if you've been feeling the pull to get outdoors, this month's character feels the same way! If you haven't already, I'd highly recommend noting the dates as each character is unique, so you don't want to miss out if your perfect character shows up:

Streaming on Friday - Shisa
For months now, I've been going back and fourth on streaming this. Right now, the only thing which I reveal about the Shisa character auctions are their marble colors, release dates, and maybe a hint to the theme of the character. Yet lately, I've been heavily considering streaming the story creation process.

Now, I have a bit of an unusual way of creating their stories, (you'll see what I mean if you join in). With this process, the actual story and image of the character would still not be revealed until the release date, but those who join would be able to sit in and see the base structure of the character along with brainstorming of ideas. Think of it as an expanded hint to the theme of the character!

Here's the plan, Friday, June 3rd at 4 pm (Mountain Time) I will start by streaming some drawings for about 45 minutes. That will let people join in and will be a good warm-up for me. Around 5 pm I'll start the creation of the story for the next Shisa! That will go to about 6pm.

June Overall
June is going to be a crazy busy month, and is already completely booked! In July the schedule may loosen a bit, or at least I'm hoping so as I'd kind of like to work on some new sculpture ideas before the fall hits. See all of you soon!
