Heyo! So another month comes to a close. Wednesday, May 4th, 5PM EST I’ll open up again for slavestream, and this week is my break from slavestreams (I won't make a separate journal announcing the form being open, that's up to you to remember!). My deepest apologies to those in the commission slot queue - my stream slots filled up very fast! I wasn’t really able to secure much time to work on the commission queue. That said, it IS still guaranteed I will finish your piece, as it is on the queue and not on the waitlist.

Alright! A couple updates! First is regarding the commission queue!
The queue has grown quite a bit. There are a LOT of submitted forms. Like...way too many to feasibly get to. I’m hesitant on throwing a cap on this, because then you guys might end up constantly having to constantly resubmit things and then I’d have to go through all those forms and things again and again. But at the same time, some of you guys get caught when you aren’t able to go through with the commission among other things! And that’s not anything bad on your part,, it’s just bad circumstance. But I want to try and minimize those inconveniences. I think right now, the easiest way to solve some of the not ready-ness would be to refresh the waitlist. This month will be the last of this current waitlist! Starting in June, you’ll have to submit a form again, and I’ll continue the process using the new waitlist. I’m not sure how often I’ll be refreshing the waitlist! I don’t want it to go on too long and have so many waitlist spots go unused (I had a period of 3 weeks where I couldn’t fill a queue slot because so many people either weren’t ready or didn’t respond!), but at the same time I don’t want you guys to constantly have to resubmit! My deepest apologies to those who submitted and haven’t gotten onto the queue. There are a lot of great ideas! But I am but one dragonmutt, I can only do so much in addition to the slavestreams.

Speaking of which, slavestreams! Minor addition here! So, originally, I put the minimum as 2 hours because my sketches can take a bit of time. I didn’t want people to only get an hour and not get anything finished. At the same time, that means people who only want to get an idea or two colored have to get 2 hours when it likely wouldn’t take that long! Additionally, there’d be awkward 1 hour gaps between streams that were impossible to fill. Therefore, I think the solution to this issue is to offer 1 hour slots ONLY to folks wanting to finish a piece they got previously. That way they don’t have to come up with more ideas and such! In order to grab a 1 hour slot, send me an email or message or something letting me know! All the same rules in terms of having to email me the plan before the Sunday prior still apply! You can still get an upgrade to pieces without only getting 1 hour as well.

Regarding the queue refresh, if you’d like, I can copy your form submission and send it to you so you can submit it again easily. I’ll also be taking on a bunch more slots temporarily at the end of May just to try and clear out as many as possible.
