"The Linen Butterfly" will now overlap more with "Escape From St. Arned." This means the new structure of the Occidentania Cycle flows as follows:

Basecraft Cirrostratus
Escape From St. Arned
The Linen Butterfly
The Vimana Incident.

This isn't a chronological flow but the most logical progression. With the exception of a strong recommendation to read "St. Arned" after "Cirrostratus," the books could be read in just about any order and make sense as a whole.

By making the "Goldenlea" material part of "Butterfly," I've made Cirrostratus- my most loved novel to date- the foundation for the whole cycle. This eliminates the huge problem of having "Goldenlea" as my foundation and helps me tighten the metanovel up tremendously.

Maybe I've finally got it this time.
