i know the feel, i was upset when Severus died. and when Midna went back to the twilight realm, when Else blew out the flame. or when Rare Stopped making BANJO-KAZOOIE GAMES

I know why some do things like that...but there are times when it's unnecessary. Izuru's death did not have any meaning for a character that had some spotlighting during the series...if it had meaning, I may have accepted it. At least Snape's death had a lot of meaning when Rowling killed him off. (Rowling killed way too many people there at the end of the books.........................I know war and that, but.......................too many people died too fast and were largely unacknowledged.)

ya to many people died. did you know Joe planned on killing Ron and Aurthur off.

I know that there were going to be some bigger named deaths, but I wonder if Rowling scaled it down because she already had that screenplay in mind, the one being made into a book this summer? hmmmm

Yeah...but even things evolve beyond the original plans. She said she was done with the HP universe with book 7, but her first book after ("The Casual Vacancy") did poorly that she kept going back to the HP universe anyways. chuckle No matter what she planned, she knew where she was making money from!

i read Casual vacancy. i was not very thrilled with it, its not bad. but i dint care for it

I didn't read it...but I had people tell me it wasn't that good. The BBC made a movie of it, which is supposedly a bit better in clearing up the book's sometimes confusing storylines. :)

Whenever I like something, there's always one character I like a lot. I get more motivated and interested in a series when my favorite character is in it. :)
Izuru Kira is the best example of me hating a series when the creator kills the character I like. I can't even stand anything "Bleach" anymore since Tite Kubo killed him in the manga....... :(
