More of a general journal than a personal one, but with the absolutely abysmal Canadian Dollar, looks like I'm scrapping all my plans for US conventions this year.

I will try for Fur-Eh if I can get road trip buddies and I convert my 200 American to Canadian at just the right time. (If I still have any friends left by then)

It's a shame cause the only ones I would have gone to had I'd not been cash strapped are BLFC and RF. But the dollar's plunge means I have to stay local.
