Standard new year's journal: I'm alive, I partied hard, and then I caught a really gross cold that I'm still getting over. Didn't expect to make it this long though. Don't expect that every year. I have to say though, I got a lot of stuff off my chest right before the end of the year, opened up to a couple friends, and... the outcome was good, it was really good. I feel like 2016 will be pretty nice, or at least better than '15.

Anyone want resolutions? I never keep up with these things, but yeah I did make a couple. Definitely want to get out there and work on my photography more. I was pretty active the first half of last year, but medical hell took over and there wasn't much I could do about that. I also have a hindrance of not really being able to go anywhere new, anywhere fresh, no new scenery, no dramatic subjects. I don't drive, so... I have the backyard, the swamp.. and a bit of the arsenal. Same subjects I've been photographing for years now. Once I figure out a way to work around that issue, I think I'll get back into my photography stride.

I have a couple more personal resolutions too, like being more open, not beating myself up as much, etc etc, but... yeah, you know, like that's gonna happen rofl.

Really though, hope all of you had an awesome NYE, and have a great year to come. I'm rooting for all of us.
