I feel happy now that I worked out a little bit. The only thing I'm disappointed in is the mountain Wall climbers- I guess that involves in more of you're physical strength. But ya the Ironman workout is going along pretty well! :D will post on here more often! :D (cause nobody replies to me on my RP account on DA ) sniffs
