Prowl is an anthro tiger.

As a cub he was home-schooled and constantly watched cable TV, but as his mother was british, the channel she ever wanted to watch was the BBC. Since there was only one television in the house, 90% of the shows he watched wear british. As a result of this Prowl speaks with a questionable british accent, which often earns him additional interest from certain people but derision from many others.

Prowl fancies himself as a suave englishman, popular with the ladies. In reality, he's a nice chap if a bit eccentric. He always wears clothes and quite likes the color purple.
