Blooper is a toony anthro blue fox.

His fur is primarily royal blue, except for his muzzle, chin, eyelids, inner ears, tail tip and belly to groin which are light blue. The tips of his large ears are black in back and around the front edges.

Blooper is the younger brother of Camper. Both were given up for adaption into different families at a very early age and therefore grew up in very different environments.

Blooper grew up in a fairly urban area of the city. His foster parents got a divorce however only a few years after he was adopted, and he has lived with his father ever since. His father was forced to work much of the time to support them both and thus Blooper was left to entertain himself as soon as he no longer required day care. As a result, Blooper resented his father for his absence and tended to get into trouble, sometimes to get attention and sometimes just as a result of his immense curiosity and boredom. Blooper also realized that he'd get more attention from others by acting out, which made him popular with his peers and less popular with his teachers and authority figures.

Blooper had mixed feelings upon finding out he had a brother. He felt both angry that he spent so many years basically alone when he could have been with his brother, but he downplayed his eagerness to get to know Camper. Once they met, it took a while for him to warm up to Camper, but although Camper's lack of tech-savvy was the source of some skepticism and jokes, Camper's warmth and ability to recognize what Blooper responded best to, won him over.

Camper tried to introduce Blooper to the great outdoors with very limited success. Blooper didn't like hunting, was bored by fishing and complained constantly when Camper took him out camping. Over time, he became slightly more receptive to things like hiking, although he still did it more for Camper than out of personal enjoyment.

Blooper's attempts to educate Camper about technology, video games and music went much smoother. Although Blooper downplayed his affection for Camper to his friends, in truth he was growing very attached to his brother because of the kindness and attention he was finally getting. Still he felt a need to keep up his cool demeanor, because he had a rep among his friends to maintain, and he'd worked hard for his status and popularity.

Blooper is always eager to entertain or find entertainment. He's surprisingly good at creating his own because of years of having to do it, but he'll also be inclined to get into trouble and mess with people because he loves the attention so much. He knows Camper cares enough about him to keep him in line, and although he acts like he resents it, secretly it means a great deal to him.
