I know he looks more like a robot than a cyborg, but there is a meat brain in there piloting the rest of the chassis, and he did have a fully flesh body at one point, upgrading to a tricked out modular robotic one was just something he'd always wanted.

All his bodyparts except the inner casing that his brain is kept in are totally detachable and can be swapped out for alternatives, I imagine he's got a few different sets of limbs for days when he feels like having a different number of them, or being plantigrade, or a different height, or whatever really. The blue tinted parts of him can change colour and glow, though blue's his favourite, and they're supposed to be sorta semi-transluscent. The 'visor' is really a screen.

I've not drawn this guy before because I wanted to finish his ref sheet before doing so since his design's one of the more complicated ones, and I'm a lot less used to inorganic materials, so I'm kinda fudging things on how flexible the various parts of him are.
