Guide of the Lakes is a veteran operations director with some ties with the Araqualtoh Research Directorate. They have grown somewhat weary of the perils of deep space, especially in the the uneasy times of the recent decades.

While they secretly wished to return home as soon as the surveyor mission was complete, they were called upon to accompany Alphon Hyxo in an urgent mission involving the Kerihekteki Seeker Clan, Wyytukus. Guide of the Lakes would later become a trusted ally of Alphon Hyxo and his supporters.
