Vandal is a noivern who serves the Eternal of dreams and imagination alongside her friend Ruvik. She seeks down those who experience nightmares in a morbid hunt, using a deadly combination of enthralling symphonies and masterful handling of knives and chained hooks. Aside from a bringer of nightmares, she is also a sandman, who puts the waking to sleep so that they may enter the realm of dreams. Despite her dark deeds, she is actually a friendly creature with a playful behaviour.

Her moveset mainly revolves around sound, befitting her kind. By using her wings that had been modified into harps, she can emit a symphony of all kinds of sounds, through which she can exert her will, psychologically or physically. She can enthrall her prey and draw them into the range of her knife, kick up the wind with the sound of strings, or even shatter the earth itself with the relentless pounding of bass and drums.

It would surprise many to learn that she once served in the Reich. Not only was she a renowned engineer among the Nazi, she was also the panzerkommandant of an undocumented supertiger tank. She tells that just a few years in service, nearing the end of the war, she grew doubtful of her cause. As a result, she sabotaged the Nazi's trump card that could have changed the war in their favour and fled with her lover. They started a family together; had a daughter, but Vandal sadly passed away of heart failure when her daughter was only two years old. Within the land of the dead, she found a way to leave and enter the realm of dreams, where she pledge her service to the Dream Lord.
