Background: When Cecil was a dragon, he guarded and old library containing old and dangerous spells. It was by a village, so he wasn't liked as people thought he'd attack them right out of the blue. One day, he was ambushed and had his magic drained from him. He was polymorphed into a human once weak enough. After a day or so, he regained a small fragment of his magic, making his ears pointed and pupils slits. He was also given proper clothing and gear (and a haircut). He now travels with a small group in order to reclaim his magic before someone uses it for their own gain.

Personality: As a dragon, Cecil was indifferent and uncaring to others. This was due to the fact that dragons are unable to feel strong emotions, making them rather numb to everything. After the polymorph, he's curious, blunt, and very emotional. He can come off as oblivious, rude,and childish due to him not understanding humans and his surroundings. In reality he's observant and tries to treat people well (unless he has a reason to not be nice.) He's naturally calm in stressful situations.

Other Stuff:
-His actual name is Celcielis. However it's unpronounceable for humans, so he goes by a nickname.
-He still remembers how fight. It's harder than before as he's tiny in comparison.
-Despite dragons being skilled in magic, this isn't the case for Cecil after the polymorph.
-He still remembers the scale of everything when he was dragon. He thinks bugs are giant because of this.
-Animals are known to stay near where dragons live. This is still the case for Cecil as he still a fraction of his magic. This also made anyone with animals hate him when he was dragon.
-The polymorph was sudden to his friend, a retired adventurer who wanted someone to talk to, so his starting outfit was old and poorly repaired.
-His main outfit was made for shapeshiters, so it won't become damaged as he recovers his magic.
