Yazmin is one of the first of the seegenies. She used her power to put magic and spells on bottles and lamps and seeds to create more seegenies. Since she was one of the first, she's not confined to a vessel and wanders around freely. She also prefers to keep her lower half as a wispy tail as it makes it easier to travel around(she just has to fly everywhere).
