Short Summary of Bio:

Pandi was taken away from his biological parents after his birth by power-hungry people. It was rumoured that Pandi's wings costs a fortune and he himself is a very rare species. After surviving in the Tundra for years in custody, someone within the power-hungry group escaped with Pandi in search for a 'better life'.

Pandi, still being a child, thinks the person who escaped with him is his mother (even though it is a guy). This 'someone' is a graduate student in biology was going for his Doctoral degree. He still tried taking care of Pandi behind closed doors.

The student hands Pandi over to Cloud Mail in order to let Pandi do 'something' during his spare time.

Pandi works under the sub category I.O.D. who are primarily in charge of delivering mail.
